Shipping and Availability
We ship all orders the next business day after we receive them, via UPS. A
business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, except holidays. A signature
is required for delivery of orders over $500.00. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Ordering
To place an order with us simply click on an item to view the item information
and large image, and then click the “add to bag” button to add the
item to your very own virtual shopping bag. You may add or subtract items from
your shopping bag as you wish.
When you are ready to checkout, click the “next” button on the
Shopping Bag Page. If you are ordering from us for the first time, you will
need to create an account with the link provided. If you are a returning customer,
enter your e-mail address and password. (If you forgot your password you may
enter your e-mail address and click “e-mail password” to have your
password e-mailed to you.) Verify your billing and shipping information, choose
a shipping type from the drop-down box and click “checkout.” The
final step is to enter your credit card information and click “purchase.”
Ordering online with us is safe. Our site uses 128 bit SSL encryption from
Verisign™ to securely transmit all sensitive customer information to us
for processing. This protects your information from unauthorized access by any
other parties.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to have each and every transaction
result in a pleasant, easy and successful shopping experience.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. You may return
any item with the exception of swimsuits in its original condition. The item
must be clearly unworn, unaltered and unused with all tags attached. The item
must not have any marks, must not be laundered, and must not have any wear on
the tags. Items returned to us that do not meet these criteria will be returned
to the purchaser, and the shipping will be charged to the credit card that was
used to purchase the item.
We are happy to issue a full refund for the price of any item you are returning
that meet these conditions. The refund will be in the form of a credit to the
credit card that was used to purchase the item. We do not refund shipping and
handling charges.
Out-of-stock Items
Even though we make every effort to keep a good stock of all items and keep
our customers happy, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out
of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any
changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Tracking an Order
It’s easy to always know the status and location of your order from the
time that you place your order until the time that it reaches your door. When
we receive your order, we will notify you immediately by e-mail that we have
received your order. When your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping
confirmation e-mail that includes a UPS Tracking Link. Click on the link to
view the progress of your package.
